Shipping:

Standard tracked shipping (3-5 business days) is £2.18 for large letter items, and £4.10 for small parcels and medium parcels.

Fast tracked shipping (1-2 business days) is £2.45 for large letter items, £4.70 for small parcels and £6.57 for large parcels. Parcel size is calculated at checkout based on total weight of products.

Free standard delivery is offered on orders over £25 and free fast delivery on orders over £30.

Global shipping is available via Royal Mail's international tracked service for £15 (Free on orders over £50).

Returns:

Refunds and exchanges are offered on all items returned in an unused, resalable condition within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is at sender's cost. This does not affect your statutory rights.
