Self-Care Cheat Sheet.

We are a couple of days away from a second full lockdown. Winter is setting in. The presidential election is underway. COVID is on the rise again. It's all so overwhelming, and I know you might be in need of some self-care, so I have put together a little 'cheat-sheet' for you.
